A blog is a type of website, usually maintained by an individual with regular entries of commentary, descriptions of events, or other material such as graphics or video. Each blogger wants his blog to be unique and completely different from others and that is why bloggers’ are always in search of new themes to choose from, adding different interesting widgets to make their blogs stand out from the rest. As of which some use Custom Themes, some like to customize the administration area of WordPress. Others like to change the default pictures to make it look better.
There is a simple way of changing the look of the WordPress Login Page as well as Admin Panel! Here is how to do it:

> Install Wp Custom Admin Branding
This plugin helps you to change the header, the footer and add any images of your choice. Overall a great plugin to use!! Use this and change the way your log in page looks!
Once you have installed this Plugin.
> Go to: http://YourDomainName.com/wp-content/plugins/custom-admin-branding/psd_image_templates/ and download Psd Templates for Admin Panel and Login.This will help you design your own template.
Then you can replace the your images with the originals in this folder http://YourDomainName.com/wp-content/plugins/custom-admin-branding/images.
While creating images, make sure Header and Footer images for Admin Panel are in .PNG format while Image for Login Page is .JPG.
Once uploaded. Enjoy working in your own WordPress Environment !
